Come to the Circus Arts Institute ring and try Creative Loafing’s best non-traditional workout 2011! Get a backdoor view of circus acrobatics while enjoying a fun and exciting way to get in shape and maintain strength, flexibility and coordination!

Circus Arts Institute is proud to offer a one-of-a-kind fitness program for adults, teens, and children in a safe and comfortable setting. Each session is designed to build a healthy body and agile mind and is suited to your personal best level of fitness.

We explore a variety of equipment including:
  • Trapeze and low trapeze
  • Spanish web (soft rope climbing with tricks)
  • Circus rings
  • Aerial fabric / Silks
  • Tightwire
  • Hand-balancing
  • Strength training
  • Hula-hooping
  • Balance board
  • Juggling

Students work at their own pace to acquire skills and dazzle their friends on show-off days.
